Last nights dinner: this was so yummy! Chicken and cheese are so filling together :)
I just sliced a slit in the centre of the chicken breast and stuffed the slit with as much grated mature cheddar as would fit, closed it up again and baked it uncovered in the oven for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees. 5 Minutes before the end I sprinkled a bit of extra cheese on top :)
For the salad dressing I used 'Oak Lane French Dressing', it's so nice and only 0.9 net carbs!
