So simple yet SO yummy! With the sweetener I use (candrel) it comes to 2.5 net carbs per serving - I can't find carb free sweetener in England, if anyone know of any do tell!
Anyway they're a great snack and I'm thinking of using them as a cheesecake base :)
What you need (for 8 biscuits):
110g almond flour (ground almonds)
20 grams sweetener
Half an egg, beaten
How to do it:
1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees celsius. Mix all ingredients together in a bowel until the mixture is a cookie do texture.
2. Place on a baking tray (no need to grease it) in 8 blobs.
3. Bake for 5 minutes and then flatten them out with a knife - they're easy to do this too when partially cooked and less gooey!
4. Bake for a further 18-20 minutes or until a bit golden on top.
